We understand that emergencies happen, and try our best to be accommodating, but our time and energy is valuable also. We show up early, get the rooms comfortable for you, prepare ourselves physically and mentally to be the best caregivers we can be, and give you 100% of our attention while you are on the table.
If something happens so that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible, to keep our business running smoothly.
Sufficient notice of a cancellation will allow us to offer appointments to clients who are on our waitlist, so everyone wins.
We request a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes may be made in MassageBook up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fees. Requests made within the 12 hour window via phone or email will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled service price. Failure to show for your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of your appointment price. Clients who no-show more than once will not be allowed to reschedule.
All online appointments require a minimum downpayment of 50% of the service price.
