What Is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the ancient holistic science from India, and sister science of Yoga.  It looks at the individual through the lens of physical, spiritual, and emotional health.  The goal is to achieve balance by cultivating diet, daily habits, and movement exercises that help you become your best self.

 

Through Ayurvedic Health Coaching, you will develop:

  • an understanding of your elemental composition

  • your individual strengths and challenges (physical and mental)

  • the ability to create a diet and lifestyle in harmony with both inner and outer nature

  • ultimately better health, vitality and higher awareness.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health.   So many health plans fail because we do not recognize that each of us is unique, and that each person needs a plan that suits his or her life and background.  This is where health coaching is vastly superior to any knowledge you can get from a book.  A health coach works with you, the individual, to guide and strengthen you all the way along the path.
